In September 2017 Ipark Eiendom AS agreed to be the customer for a pilot installation of PINEA Luminaires in the company own office.
The installation took place in February 2018.

We have asked Rune a couple of questions:
1. Can you tell us a little bit about your business philosophy that’s relevant for the decision to be a pilot customer for PINEA?
According to our strategy, Ipark will contribute to set a quality standard in the construction and real estate industry. This implies, among other things, that we contribute to innovation and development. Ipark is involved in testing new solutions in cooperation with suppliers.
We found the basic idea behind PINEA interesting because it creates an added value related to the light installation.
2. You have labelled the front door of one of your buildings with “BREEAM NOR Excellent”. It’s obvious that this is important for the company and for the value of the building. How can PINEA be important for the value of a building?
PINEA can affect the value indirectly. The goal must be a better building, where the employees thrive better and do a better job. Increased value for our tenants is important to us as the property owner.
Optimal premises for our tenants provide the basis for increased rent.
